Pricing & Payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in one of the following currencies: Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Payment can only be accepted in these currencies. Prices exclude all indirect taxes including GST (Goods and Services Tax). For orders shipped within India, a GST is applicable of 3%.

Prices of the products on the Website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold, silver and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control.

For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country’s regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. If a product is purchased in India and is being shipped abroad, international shipping charges will be applicable. For International customers other costs like customs, duties, and taxes will be paid by the customer. The dollar price is exclusive of the insurance amount.

If a product is purchased outside India and Kshitij jewels and craft has to ship it within India then shipping charges will be as per the domestic charges mentioned in Shipping & Returns section.

All Customized products will need to be fully paid in advance before we commence the process of production. Till the full advance is not paid, we will not commence production

Accordingly, the products and prices offered at each may differ. The Website may offer products which are not offered in stores. ONLINE PAYMENT

ORDER OF PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All products are handcrafted so there may be some variations in the actual product received. Packaging of the product may vary from the packaging of the product displayed on the Website.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER: TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A made-to-order item will be specially manufactured on order and shipped within six weeks of placing the order.
• If you wish to cancel your order due to any reason, 50% of the final product cost will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
• You have to pay 100% of the product value at the time of placing a made-to-order request.
• The shipping amount of a made-to-order item will depend on the value of the product, as given below: Domestic shipment:
  1. – If product value is above Rs. 5000, then shipping will be free.
  2. – If product value is below Rs. 5000, then Rs. 400 flat shipping charges will apply per order.
  3. – GST at 3% will be charged.

USER OBLIGATIONS

1. You have to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by KJC’s registration form.
2. To maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Kshitij Jewels And Craft has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with these User Agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you access to the Website.
3. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other                wrong information), any extra cost incurred by KJC for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay    such cost.

KJC reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. CANCELLATION BY KJC

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
